Led by Chef Lewis and Idah Mushonga
Chef Lewis trained and led kitchens in premium hotels and resorts in Africa and Australia, including The Victoria Falls Hotel and A’Zambezi River Lodge. Idah brings experience in event planning, décor and administration.
Together they built Exquisite Catering around a simple idea: great catering is more than what is on the plate.
